Apply for business turnaround help

There isn't an application form here any more — and that's deliberate. Waiting to be accepted into a queue was the slowest part of getting help, so we replaced it with six routes you can take today.

If you landed here looking to submit a business for turnaround assessment, start with the first one. It's free, it takes about three minutes, and it will tell you which of the others is actually worth your money.

  1. 1. Find out what's actually wrong first

Free, about three minutes, no application needed. Four questions about where your week goes, and it names the single biggest leak in the business plus the one thing that fixes it. Most people who think they need a full turnaround need one specific problem solved.

  2. 2. Take the written plan and run it yourself

The strategy template is the same structure a consultant would build for you, free to download. If you have the time and want to keep the money, this is the honest starting point.

  3. 3. Have the repeatable work done by AI tools

The parts of a turnaround that repeat — auditing the site, rebuilding the ad campaign, fixing the local listing, writing the email flows — are now downloadable skills that run in your own Claude, from $19. This is where most of the old application queue would have ended up anyway.

  4. 4. Have someone set it all up for you

If you don't want to touch the install, we configure the tools against your actual business, run them once, and hand back the working setup with the first outputs. Setup starts at $149.

  5. 5. Bring in people to do the work

For situations where the problem is bigger than a tool — restructuring, cash, hard operational calls — we work directly with you. This is the closest equivalent to the old business application.

  6. 6. Learn the playbook before you commit to anything

Which one is right for you

If cash is the immediate problem and you have weeks rather than months, skip the tools and talk to us directly — software doesn't fix a liquidity crisis.

If the business is stable but not growing, the honest answer is usually that one or two marketing jobs aren't getting done, not that you need a turnaround at all. The health check will say which.

And if you're a professional looking to get credentialed rather than an owner looking for help, you want the certification page instead.
